When should I book?
We do not like to rush clients into making a hasty decision and encourage research - it's YOUR big day and you should have exactly what you want! However, we do not guarantee availability or pricing until a contract has been signed. In order to give our brides the time and attention they deserve, we book a limited number of events each weekend. Due to the high volume of orders we receive each year, we recommend booking your wedding six months to one year in advance. That said...we've also been known to take on last minute projects so please don't hesitate to ask....even if your wedding is next month!
What are your prices?
Pricing is determined largely on detail of design and the time involved in creating your design, so it is difficult to give an exact quote without knowing what design you have in mind. You are welcome to email details and we are happy to give an approximate estimate before scheduling your tasting. Orders are not confirmed or added to our schedule until payment is received.
When may I come for a tasting?
Tastings are booked by appointment only and are typically held within normal business hours, Tuesday-Friday between 9a-3p. Tasting and consultations appointments last between 30-45 minutes and are reserved for bridal clients only. Weekends during wedding season (April-July) find us almost always on location throughout Oklahoma and often Texas, making weekend appointments rare during these months.
Can I observe you? May I come work for you?
We love meeting new friends in the industry and thoroughly enjoy meeting other culinary professionals. Unfortunately, our work flow usually does not allow us to have visitors in the studio during regular working hours. However, we are always on the lookout for talent and accept resumes year-round from experienced individuals. We also hold two intern spots year round for driven, responsible individuals who are looking to grow their skill set and enjoy working in a creative environment.
Do you make vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or egg-free cakes?
Yes! Currently, we can accommodate gluten-free diets with cake available in a limited number flavors. We are not able to accommodate dairy-free or egg-free diets at this time.
